OUR SERVICES

Thank you for your interest in partnering with us to make your celebration special! We provide a wide range of services that can be altered to meet you where you are with the level of service you need and deserve. Below you’ll find the base packages and list of services we provide for both weddings and other celebratory events.

All packages include:

  • Consultation meeting to discuss needs and expectations

  • On-site Ceremony Rehearsal Guidance for up to 1 hour

  • Day-of Coordination with two wedding planners (hours vary per package)

  • Vendor and guest management including closely monitoring arrival times, wedding day itinerary, event flow, guest experience and fulfillment of the happy couple’s expectations

  • Setup and breakdown of wedding décor and arrangements outside the scope of your vendors, such as signage, table numbers, place cards and centerpieces

  • Partnership with photographer to accomplish desired photography shot list

  • Assistance with and distribution of bridal party florals

  • Execution of special moments like first looks, bride unveiling, ceremony surprises and innovative exits

  • Concierge service for the happy couple

  • Event management after the newlywed exit and through event completion to confirm breakdown and cleanup is a success

Wedding Packages

DAY-OF COORDINATION

Starting at $1500

  • Unlimited email correspondence and support from your planner 3 months from the wedding

  • Two (2) pre-event calls or in-person meetings

  • One (1) venue walk-through scheduled within 3 months leading up to event date

  • Development of wedding day itinerary and venue diagram to share with venue and vendors (does not include seating chart)

  • Connect with vendors to establish day-of contact and confirm final count, details and timing with all 2-3 weeks out from the event on behalf of bride and groom

  • On-site Ceremony Rehearsal Guidance for up to 1 hour

  • 12 Hours of Day of Coordination with two wedding planners (additional time billed hourly at $150/hr)

PARTIAL COORDINATION

Starting at $2500

  • Unlimited email correspondence and support from your planner 6 months from the wedding

  • Four (4) general planning meetings for use prior to 6 months from wedding

  • Planner liaison on behalf of bride and groom with vendors, including follow-up correspondence and meetings up to 6 months out from event

  • One (1) venue walk-through scheduled within 3 months leading up to event date

  • Review and confirmation of vendor contracts and services 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding day

  • Development of wedding day itinerary, venue diagram and seating chart to share with venue and vendors

  • Creation of individual timelines for bridal party complete with planner contact information

  • Final count, details and timing confirmed with all vendors 2-3 weeks out from the event

  • 14 Hours of Day-of Coordination with two wedding planners (additional time billed hourly at $150/hr)

Minimum $7500 or 10% of Budget

  • Unlimited email correspondence and support from your planner from signing the contract

  • Monthly general planning meetings

  • Vendor recommendations and booking assistance

  • Planner liaison on behalf of bride and groom with vendors, including follow-up correspondence and meetings for entirety of planning process

  • Budget projection, tracker and summary with appropriate payment reminders

  • Vision board and design plan creation including cost estimates

  • Venue walk-throughs as needed leading up to the event date

  • Coordination of invitation and guest correspondence from assembly to mailing and collection of RSVPs

  • Hotel room block setup

  • Review and confirmation of vendor contracts and services throughout the planning process

  • Development of wedding day itinerary, venue diagram and seating chart to share with venue and vendors

  • Creation of individual timelines for bridal party shared via email leading up to your wedding

  • Final count, details and timing confirmed with all vendors 2-3 weeks out from the event​

  • On-site Ceremony Rehearsal Guidance for up to 1 hour

  • Planning and day-of coordination for Rehearsal Dinner, complete with set up and vendor management 

  • 16 Hours of Day-of Coordination with two wedding planners (additional time billed hourly at $150/hr)
